All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

After our team has processed your order, delivery time will be 3-6 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before the order has been processed and shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address. In such cases, you may need to contact the shipping carrier directly.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure.
